Washington Post Digital Subscription

Anyone with a valid UWP email address can sign up for free access to washingtonpost.com.

Register Your Free Account

1. Go to washingtonpost.com.

2. Click on Sign In in the upper right-hand corner.

3. Click on the Sign up link at the bottom to register a new account. 

4. Enter your UWP email address and choose a password. This is a password you create. It is not a password the library has available.

5. Click Create account.

6. Check your UWP email for the activation email, and click the button to verify your e-mail address and activate your subscription.

7. Your subscription is now active and ready for use. You can navigate directly to washingtonpost.com from any web-enabled device and log in.

If you already have a subscription tied to your UWP email, you can sign in to My Post (log in and click your name) and activate your subscription through the verification email.
