• Trees, Seeds & Soil - An Outdoor UW-Parkside Campus Tour
• LOCATION: UW-Parkside, Tallent Hall [ADDRESS], Register here
• Geobiologist and author of Lab Girl, Hope Jahren, has spent her life studying trees, seeds and soil. Join us on Sunday, March 21 from 1-3pm for an outdoor walking tour of community gardens, maple trees, rivers and solar panets on UW-Parkside's beautiful green campus. Parkside scientists Dave Rogers, Julie Kinzelman, and UW-Parkside alumnus Jake Rogers will share some of Parkside's sustainability practices and their own passion for science! This program is in-person and outside. Masks required.

Aldo Leopold is a revered figure in conservation who was the author of A Sand County Almanac and a professor at the University of Wisconsin Madison.  In Green Fire, conservation biologist Dr. Curt Meine guides viewers through the life and work of Leopold discussing the impact of his ideas on conservation work.
